YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE.
It’s your time to fly! If you’ve found The Way is Through, you’ve taken the first step towards self-discovery and healing. You’re ready to thrive not just survive. So let’s go!
THE MISSION
I believe within each person there is a wellspring of strength, wisdom, and creativity that can be drawn upon for deep healing and meaningful growth.
You CAN make peace with your past.
Let’s be honest, dragging emotional baggage through life is exhausting. As your therapist, I’ll work with you to unpack those heavy memories and trauma, sort through and find the tools and skills you already have, and gently let go of what no longer serves you. Think of it like spring cleaning for your soul—except I bring the tissues and the occasional bad joke. You don’t have to do it alone; I’m here to walk with you, laugh with you, and maybe cry a little too, all while helping you build a future that feels lighter, freer, and a lot more you.
MEET your THERAPIST
I’M DAWN, AND I SEE YOU.
I see the light in you - it may have been dimmed, but it is far from extinguished.
Starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown—like opening a closet you haven’t cleaned in years—you’re not quite sure what’s going to fall out, but chances are, it’s time to deal with it.
What if what’s holding you back isn’t life’s challenges, but your denial of your untapped potential?
Marianne Williamson said, "It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us." And let’s be honest—sometimes, it’s easier to play small than to own our strength. But what if you allow yourself to take up space, be bold, and believe that you are enough, exactly as you are?
Therapy is your space to unpack all of this—without judgment, and with a guide (that’s me) who actually enjoys untangling these mental knots. You don’t have to do it alone. So, what do you say? Ready to see what’s possible?

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do. We can choose courage or we can choose comfort, but we can’t have both. Not at the same time. Choosing to heal means choosing to walk into our stories and rumble with our truths. It means setting boundaries, practicing self-compassion, and letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be, so we can embrace who we truly are. Healing isn’t about fixing ourselves—it’s about reclaiming ourselves.”
